Job Description
The Key Account Sales Grad will help drive performance across the Large Format channel by working on real business challenges that impact how some of the largest retailers in the country, like Publix and Ahold Delhaize, support the growth of the Energy category. You will analyze performance, uncover growth opportunities, support Key Account Managers, and help develop selling recommendations that influence retailer decisions and improve in-store execution. Working cross-functionally with Key Account Managers, Insights, and Distribution partners, you will support sales planning, improve in-store execution, and build proficiency in commercial analytics. 
Reporting to the National Account Manager, you will gain hands-on experience analyzing business performance and developing strategic selling recommendations using tools such as Circana, Numerator, and internal Red Bull sales platforms. You will learn how to translate data and shopper insights into clear, compelling narratives and help drive retailer-specific growth initiatives that bring strategy to life in the market.
DISTRIBUTION & EXECUTION 
Conduct field audits to assess in-store conditions, execution quality, and compliance 
Identify opportunities to increase distribution, SKU assortment, and in-store brand presence 
Evaluate service levels and distribution effectiveness to uncover execution gaps and improvement opportunities 
Enhance and share wiring tools using store-level Circana and/or BI data to support sales teams in selling displays 
 
BUSINESS INSIGHTS 
Leverage sales and market data to develop insights that inform customer strategy and business planning 
Partner cross-functionally to build and implement tools for tracking performance against key business initiatives 
Analyze year-over-year trends to identify space gains, competitive shifts, and growth opportunities 
Provide category and performance insights that influence pricing, promotion, and merchandising decisions 
Utilize Excel and Analytic Platforms (e.g., BI, Circana, CPM, Numerator) to communicate business performance and opportunities to key account teams 
 
KEY ACCOUNT SUPPORT 
Build relationships with customer partners and internal stakeholders through direct participation in account initiatives and meetings 
Support Key Account Managers in developing customer proposals by shaping clear asks, recommendations, and supporting materials 
Translate customer performance and competitive dynamics into concise selling narratives for presentations and customer discussions 
Conduct post-promotion analysis using Circana and PowerBI to evaluate results and apply learnings to future customer proposals and planning 
Strong academic performance 
Experienced with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)) 
Grit, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn 
Coachable and responsive to feedback 
Clear verbal and written communication skills 
Bachelor’s degree completed before start date 
Relevant work or internship experience preferred 
The salary for this position is $73,000.
