As the Human Resources (HR) Graduate, you will gain hands-on experience across three key teams within the HR department: Talent Acquisition (Recruiting) Operations, Talent Operations (employee lifecycle needs), and Talent Data Management. The role aims to develop a well-rounded understanding of HR COE (Centers of Excellence) functions and build skills in various HR disciplines. This role will rotate across some of the most foundational HR teams and prepare you for future career opportunities within the HR function at Red Bull. TALENT ACQUISITION (TA) OPERATIONS
Learn the end-to-end recruitment process by supporting posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Support the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
Collaborate with team members to identify and help enhance candidate experience and streamline recruiting processes.
Participate in the creation and maintenance of enablement materials for stakeholders involved in the recruiting process (e.g. hiring managers, interviewers).
Lean to use our applicant tracking system (SmartRecruiters), and various recruitment enablement platforms (e.g. Pillar, Hirevue)
 
TALENT OPERATIONS
Participate in HR operations activities and projects, including employee onboarding and offboarding.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR process and best practices.
Help maintain and update employee records using our HR information systems (HRIS) to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Support the preparation of reports and audits as needed for data integrity.
 
TALENT DATA SYSTEMS
Conduct data entry and management for headcount tracking and Human Capital Management (HCM) processes.
Assist in generating and analyzing employee data reports to support HR decision-making.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity within HR systems, identifying and resolving discrepancies as necessary.
Bachelor’s degree (completed before July 2026)
Relevant work or internship experience is a plus
Fluent in English (written, spoken); additional languages considered a plus
Proven excellence in academic pursuits
A history of pursuing personal passions, extra-curricular achievements
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
The salary for this position is $73,000.
