Job Description
As the Category Space & Assortment Graduate, you will help enhance Red Bull's market presence through analysis, product distribution, shelf space and placement in Regional and National retailer partners. The Category Space & Assortment team plans how much shelf space each Red Bull product gets and which products are included to improve shopper experience, sales, and profit. You will be part of the Sky Lab team, a developmental environment that emphasizes hands-on learning, project ownership, and cross-functional experience throughout Red Bull. The Category Space & Assortment Graduate will focus on turning data into meaningful stories, uncovering opportunities, and making recommendations that help our Category Space teams shape smarter retail decisions. ANALYSIS & STRATEGY PLANNING
Develop a retailer analysis to understand category growth or decline and present findings and insights. Uncover underlying drivers and present why
Explore how assortments (how Red Bull product is put on store shelves & coolers) and shopper behaviour vary by retailer and region, and deliver insights that shape innovation and assortment strategy
Create your idea of a perfect planogram - a visual layout of products on store shelves
 
BUILD STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS
Attend retailer meetings and observe how to align on business priorities, share insights, and influence assortment decisions
Collaborate with the Category Insights team to support strategy and planning initiatives
 
LEARN DATA SOURCES & TOOLS
Gain hands-on experience with industry-leading space planning tools such as Hivery Curate, Blue Yonder, and Cantactix
Learn how to use data sources like Circana (showcasing consumer behavior and trends within consumer package goods companies) through online courses & training sessions
Conduct research on data sources (ie. Circana) available to Red Bull and how they can support Red Bull Sales & Business Insights Teams
Bachelor’s degree (completed before July 2026)
Relevant work or internship experience is a plus
Fluent in English (written, spoken)
Proven excellence in academic pursuits
A history of pursuing personal passions, extra-curricular achievements
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
The salary for this position is $73,000.
