Overview of the Role
As part of the Risk & Analytics team based in our Ferrara office, you will support the Analytics function across financial reporting, quantitative analysis, portfolio monitoring, and data-driven decision making.
You will:
β’ Analyse portfolio performance and support ongoing monitoring
β’ Contribute to credit and risk analysis
β’ Support structured financial and internal reporting
β’ Produce analysis used by senior stakeholders
β’ Work with large datasets to generate insights
β’ Improve reporting processes, automation and data accuracy
Requirements:
You must have:
β’ Right to work in Italy (no visa sponsorship)
β’ Professional working proficiency in English
β’ Graduated or graduating by September 2026
Academic background:
β’ Degree in Quantitative Finance, Econometrics, Economics, Operational Research or similar
β’ Other STEM degrees will also be considered
β’ Masterβs degree preferred
Skills:
β’ Python β intermediate or above
β’ SQL β basic knowledge
β’ Excel β strong proficiency (e.g. XLOOKUP, pivot tables)
β’ Ability to perform quantitative/statistical analysis
β’ Understanding of credit and financial instruments
β’ Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
β’ Clear communication skills in Italian and English
β’ Previous internship or relevant work experience is a plus
