Graduate Ornithologist (Brooks Ecological)

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Ornithologist to work on a broad variety of projects. 

This role will be based at our head office in Guiseley, near Leeds.

Key responsibilities include:

•    Assisting with bird surveys 
•    Assisting with technical reporting
•    Working closely with and supporting the wider ecology team
•    Adhering to Health and Safety best practises

Essential Requirements:

•    Strong Bird identification skills (both visually and acoustically)
•    Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel

Desirable Requirements:

•    A degree in Ecology or similar
•    Membership of CIEEM or working towards it
•    Experience in a similar role
•    Experience of report writing 
•    Knowledge of UK wildlife legislation
