Graduate Executive Search Consultant 25K Salary 42K OTE

This Executive Search firm have had year on year growth since 2010 and has received multiple Recruiter Awards. Based in the heart of London's financial sector they offer the opportunity to thrive within executive search with frequent face to face meetings with both clients and candidates. They have a strong company ethos which is focused on nurturing new employees through a hands on training program that enables all employees to thrive and learn quickly. They offer services in the financial and business sector as well as technology sector.

The role will involve sourcing of candidates through various methods and then face to face interviews and screening of candidates. In addition to this you will also be involved in growing your own client list via generating new leads and continuing to build relationships with current clients. The company offers fantastic target driven progression and a market leading commission structure to enable all employees to gain uncapped commission from day one.

The successful candidate will have excellent academics (degree 2.1 or above from any university).
