As a Graduate Treasury Analyst, you will sit at the intersection of Fintech and Capital Markets. You won't just be watching the markets; you'll be part of the infrastructure that powers them.
The Role: Impact from Day One
In this role, you will rotate through or support key pillars of our global Treasury function. This isn't a "wait in line" graduate scheme—you will be expected to contribute to real-world financial strategy immediately.
• Global Liquidity Management: Optimize the flow of funds across our global entities and diverse asset classes (FX, Crypto, and more).
• Risk & Exposure: Monitor and manage market risk and counterparty exposure in a 24/7 trading environment.
• Digital Asset Operations: Be at the forefront of the industry by managing treasury operations for our institutional crypto exchange.
• Settlement & Clearing: Work closely with our operations and tech teams to ensure the seamless settlement of high-volume transactions.
• Data-Driven Insights: Use modern tools to build dashboards that provide real-time visibility into the Group’s financial health.
Requirements:
We are looking for people who are detail-oriented, technically curious, and thrive under the pressure of a fast-moving exchange.
• Quantitative Mindset: You likely have a degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or Mathematics.
• Tech-Fluent: You don't just "know" Excel; you’ve explored SQL, Python, or VBA to automate tasks. You believe manual processes are just bugs waiting to be fixed.
• Resilient: You are comfortable working in a high-growth environment where "business as usual" changes fast.
