LMAX Group is hiring a Graduate Analyst with an interest in Compliance and regulated financial markets. This is an entry-level role designed to give structured exposure to regulatory, compliance and control frameworks across a global exchange and market infrastructure business.
The role supports Compliance and related control functions through research, monitoring, documentation and project support. The position suits a graduate who is analytical, detail-oriented and interested in how regulated financial institutions operate. Degree subject is not important.
Requirements:
Responsibilities
• Support compliance monitoring and control activities across business units
• Assist with regulatory research and interpretation across multiple jurisdictions
• Prepare summaries, reports and internal compliance documentation
• Help maintain compliance registers, logs and control trackers
• Support policy and procedure updates and version control
• Assist with onboarding and due diligence reviews
• Contribute to internal audits and regulatory review preparation
• Review alerts, exceptions and control outputs under supervision
• Coordinate information requests across internal teams
• Produce structured written analysis for Compliance stakeholders
Candidate Profile
• Recent graduate (2024/2025)
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Analytical and methodical approach to problem solving
• Comfortable working with rules, processes and structured frameworks
• Able to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Organised and able to manage multiple tasks
• Proficient with standard office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Useful but Not Required
• Internship or placement in Compliance, Risk, Legal, Audit or Financial Services
• Basic understanding of financial markets or trading venues
• Exposure to regulated environments
• Experience working with policies, controls or review processes
