Get to Know the Role

We are hiring a GrabAds Fleet Ads Manager to join our growing advertising team in Jakarta, Indonesia. You will develop, manage, and scale innovative advertising solutions tailored to fleet and commercial clients and partners across the region. You will be a strategic partner to our clients, driving revenue growth while delivering measurable advertising outcomes. You will be based fully on-site in Jakarta office, and will report to the Head, GrabAds.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• You will develop comprehensive fleet advertising solutions and campaigns for non merchant commercial clients, ensuring understanding of client goals and market demands
• You will build and nurture long-term relationships with fleet operators, logistics companies, and commercial partners through proactive account management and strategic consultation
• You will analyze campaign performance metrics, user engagement data, and market trends to improve advertising strategies and maximize return on investment
• You will collaborate with teams including product, creative, operations, and finance to provide integrated advertising solutions and resolve client challenges
• You will identify and pursue new market opportunities within the commercial and fleet advertising segment to increase business growth and revenue expansion
• You will manage the complete client lifecycle, including onboarding, implementation, ongoing support, and renewal processes
• You will prepare detailed performance reports, case studies, and presentations for clients and team members
• You will monitor competitive landscape and industry developments to maintain market awareness and inform recommendations
• You will ensure compliance with advertising standards and platform policies while maintaining high client satisfaction

What Essential Skills You will Need

• 10+ years of experience in advertising sales, account management, or digital marketing roles
• Min. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant fields
• Experience designing advertising campaignsto meet client goals and market requirements
• Experience maintaining B2B accounts, within fleet, logistics, transportation, or related commercial sectors
• Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken) to conduct client consultations, negotiate contracts, prepare reports, and present campaign proposals to local and regional team members
• Experience using CRM and analytics platforms to interpret engagement metrics, performance data, and translate data insights into recommendations for campaign optimization
• Experience collaborating with product, creative, operations, or finance teams to provide integrated solutions
• Experience researching market segments and identifying revenue growth opportunities within the advertising or commercial vehicle industry
• Knowledge of the Southeast Asian market and Indonesia's commercial and logistics sectors to assess local market potential
