Job Description
We are seeking a high-impact Technical Specialist to serve as the primary builder, operator, and administrator for our Microsoft 365 ecosystem and web platforms. This is a hands-on technical role focused on designing, implementing, and securing collaboration environments—this is not a project management position, though PM skills are a valued bonus. The ideal candidate prioritizes governance, long-term maintainability, and the translation of complex business needs into scalable digital solutions.
Responsibilities:
• M365 Environment Design & Admin: Serve as the subject matter expert for Microsoft Teams enterprise administration, designing structures (teams, channels, and lifecycles) that align with organizational workflows.
• Collaboration Infrastructure: Architect and manage SharePoint Online site structures, including information design, libraries, and complex permission models.
• Business Intelligence & Automation: Design and develop Power BI solutions for real-world business scenarios; build and maintain workflows using Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Web Development: Take full ownership of website design, development, and administration, ensuring a secure and high-performing web presence.
• Automated Governance: Utilize PowerShell extensively to automate administration tasks across the Microsoft 365 tenant.
• Security & Compliance: Apply a “security-first” mindset by implementing least-privilege access and ensuring secure collaboration across all platforms.
• Technical Documentation: Produce high-quality architecture diagrams, data flows, administrative runbooks, and user-facing communications.
Requirements:
• Enterprise Teams Governance: Proven experience in managing large-scale Teams deployments, including integration with SharePoint and the Power Platform.
• Data & Power Platform: Strong portfolio in Power BI development; hands-on experience with Power Automate and Power Apps is highly desirable.
• Advanced SharePoint Architecture: Deep understanding of site architecture, lists, and enterprise-level permission management.
• Automation Mastery: Expert-level PowerShell skills for M365 environment automation.
• Technical Communication: Ability to guide collaboration standards and enable users without being in a “trainer-only” capacity.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience operating within enterprise environments and managing multi-region deployments.
• Strong background in Web Design and Development (UI/UX and backend administration).
• A mindset focused on scalable design and proactive governance rather than reactive troubleshooting.
