Om ons team in België te versterken zoeken we een Government Success Manager Vlaanderen. In deze rol begeleid en ondersteun je Vlaamse steden en gemeenten bij het realiseren van duurzame impact en langdurig succes. Je combineert inhoudelijke expertise in burgerparticipatie en/of ervaring in de publieke sector met sterke klantgerichte vaardigheden, en deelt die kennis via trainingen, workshops en professionele dienstverlening.

Wat ga je doen?

• Je beheert end-to-end de relatie met onze Vlaamse klanten: van onboarding en adoptie tot retentie, renewals en pro-actieve risk management.

• Je deelt je expertise in burgerparticipatie via onsite workshops en trainingen, video calls, en door mee te schrijven aan gidsen, case studies en artikels.

• Je verdiept je grondig in de doelstellingen en context van klanten en adviseert hen over participatieve trajecten, processen en organisatieontwikkeling.

• Je werkt nauw samen met de Business Development Manager België om onze klantenbasis verder uit te bouwen, onder meer via ondersteuning in salesprocessen.
