Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for a Government Relations Officer (GRO) to join our team in KSA. This role is responsible for managing all government-related processes, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and facilitating smooth interactions between the company and governmental authorities.

Key Responsibilities

Acting as the primary liaison between the company and government agencies.

Following up on and processing all licenses, permits, and official approvals.

Ensuring the company is always in compliance with current laws and regulations.

Monitoring updates to government policies and platforms.

Preparing the company and its facilities for official inspections and site visits.

Coordinating with internal teams to ensure all documentation and facility conditions meet government standards.

Representing the company during visits and audits conducted by regulatory bodies, Banks.

Building and maintaining strong working relationships with key government stakeholders.

Government Liaison & Compliance

Handle all government-related documentation, approvals, and renewals, including visas, work permits, and company licenses.

Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, immigration regulations, and other legal requirements.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of government policies and procedures to advise the company on regulatory changes.

Employee Services & Visa Processing

Process work visas, iqama renewals, and exit/re-entry permits for employees.

Assist employees with government-related queries and ensure a smooth experience in all official matters.

Handle employee-related government processes, such as medical tests, fingerprint registration, and social insurance (GOSI).

Public Relations & Documentation

Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, including the Ministry of Labor, GOSI, and Chamber of Commerce.

Prepare and submit reports related to government transactions and company compliance.

Support the HR, accounting and administrative teams with official documentation and legal formalities.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Government Relations Officer or in a similar role in KSA.

Strong understanding of Saudi labor laws, immigration procedures, and government regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work efficiently with government portals and online services (e.g., Muqeem, Qiwa, GOSI).

Fluency in Arabic and English is required.

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Good organizational and multitasking abilities

Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
