(GOVERNMENT OF ONTARIO) Looking for Senior Java programmer with Oracle programming skills

Resource will be responsible for the design, development, quality assurance and
successful incorporation and implementation of program code specific to the Java development
requirements for enhancing AIMS and MPAS with Go-Secure functionality. The successful candidate
will report to the Community Service Cluster Manager (CSC) and work closely with the technical team
members including the Systems Testing / QA Specialist. The resource will also analyse requirements,
design, develop and code functionality, perform quality assurance, document his/her work and
contribute to the incorporation and successful implementation of the deliverables into the AIMS/MPAS
applications.
Analyze requirements and design, develop, document and unit test all assigned coding work:
Modify CAM Login feature to integrate with Go-Secure.
Implement new functionality to show the list of available roles for authenticated CAM user.
Modify Application authorization session info and log-out process to fit with GO-Secure
framework.
Modifications to CAM user management module for AIMS and MPAS including.
Disable CAM Reset Password, Expiry Date and Account Lock Status feature.
Enable new user registration changes in CAM.
Develop synchronization functional between GO-Secure and CAM for user account management
(enrolment, notifications, batch provisioning, account status change/ termination)
Configure and deploy GO-Secure web server plug-in, filter, and certificate for users.
Add support in the different application development environments (development, user test, pre-
production) to facilitate synchronization and updates triggered from within GO Secure. Participate in
and support System Acceptance and User Acceptance testing.
Participate in code design and code walkthrough meetings. Provide programming and technical
support to, and consulting with, other members of the team as needed. Knowledge Transfer to
Cluster Staff: Update technical and all related documentation. Present in knowledge transfer sessions
to cluster staff. The Vendor’s Personnel will also be required to:
Complete work and achieve milestones within the assigned deadlines; Notify the Cluster/

Ministry project Manager in writing of any issues or other material concerns
related to the assignment deliverables, as soon as the he/she becomes aware of them; Submit
deliverables for the Cluster/Ministry approval as they are completed; Comply with the Ontario
Government and the Cluster/Ministry security procedures and practices;
Comply with the
Ontario Government and the Cluster/Ministry architecture/technology standards
and best practices; Comply with the Ontario Government and the Cluster/Ministry Conflict of Interest
and
Confidentiality Guidelines; Provide knowledge and skill transfer to a designated Cluster/Ministry staff;
and Comply with the Ontario Government I&IT Directive, Operational Policy on the I&IT Project
Gateway Process, and other applicable Guidelines, Standards and Procedures
