Minimum two (2) years experience in Cúram (Case Management COTS) based project working as a Business Analyst Previous business analyst experience in the last five (5) years working in any large scale Social Services project(s).
Core Requirements Demonstrated knowledge and experience with the following requirements management and use case development software: IBM Rational Software Architect Sybase PowerDesigner Demonstrated experience using business modeling techniques/tools Demonstrated experience using structured methodologies for the identification of users-requirements and the development of specifications Demonstrated experience in the use of Computer Aided Software Engineering (CASE) tools to document conceptual requirements and scope Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills; verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal and negotiation skills , team player with a track record for meeting deadlines Desirable Requirements Cúram V.6 Business Analyst certification
