Job Description

SCT resources have a broad range of skills in different technologies. The large skill-set has been made possible by a conscious focus on strengthening our skills base. Required Skills

• Must have experience on a minimum of 2 software development or COTS implementation projects within the last five (5) years
• Must have over 5 years of experience on over 3 projects within the last 10 years documenting business processes using one of the following standards: Unified Modeling Language (UML), or Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN).
• Must have over 5 years of experience on over 3 projects using use cases to document functional requirements.
• Must have over 2 years of experience on over 3 projects within the last 10 years using Business Process Modeling (BPM) tools such as Sparx’s EA, Rational Rose etc.
• Must have over 2 years of experience on over 3 projects within the last 10 years working with XML/XSD and SQL Queries
• Must have over 2 years of experience on over 3 projects applying the AGILE principles and methodologies, ITIL recommended best practices and BABOK recommended best practices
• Must hold a ITIL/ITSM certification
• Must hold a valid Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certificate.
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
