JCW Group is looking for a personality who wants to work as a generalist across our business and gain real insight into all areas. This role is intentionally broad: you'll work closely with our HR, Compliance and Contractor Services teams, see what's happening across the whole organization and become the connector that bridges teams rather than keeping them in silos. Your Responsibilities
Managing and developing our HR policies, contracts and compliance documentation on a global scale
Maintaining and quality-assuring our HR systems (HRIS) as well as building dashboards and reporting structures for the leadership team
Handling governance and compliance topics: from contract management and insurance administration to supplier onboarding
Supporting our Contractor Services team with time-tracking, onboarding and billing processes
Assisting with internal recruitment and new starters as well as leavers across the business
Actively contributing to the introduction and optimization of automation tools
Office administration for our Frankfurt location and close collaboration with teams across all regions

Your Profile
Fluent German (C1+) and strong English (B2+) – both are required for this role
Some prior experience in HR Operations, compliance administration, legal support or a comparable cross-functional role – career changers with the right attitude are explicitly welcome
Tech-savviness and a genuine enjoyment of picking up new tools quickly and actively improving them
A structured, self-directed working style with an eye for detail
