WHAT YOU DO

You are the driver who ensures our enterprise customers successfully adopt and leverage the full power of Google Workspace.

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects for Google Workspace, including large-scale migrations, feature deployment, and service modernization.

• Manage project scope, budget, timelines, and resources, applying best-practice methodologies (Agile/Hybrid) to deliver solutions that add REAL VALUE.

• Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for our global clients, translating complex business challenges into clear, actionable technical and project requirements.

• Design and execute change management strategies to maximize user adoption and drive successful organizational transformation.

• Collaborate closely with our Cloud Native, Full Stack, and AI-Driven experts to integrate Google Workspace with complex enterprise systems.

• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager leading complex projects, with specific, demonstrable success in deploying and managing Google Workspace (e.g., Gmail, Drive, Meet, Chat, Vault, etc.).

• A deep, hands-on understanding of the Google Cloud ecosystem and its suite of productivity tools.

• Strong command of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with a business-focused mindset and the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Fluent in English and either Vietnamese (for Vietnam), Spanish (for Spain/Mexico) or German (for Germany).
