We are looking for a Google Sites Developer to design and revamp an internal AI tools portal that showcases the organization’s AI capabilities and solutions. This is not a routine execution role—it requires someone with strong design instincts, structured thinking, and the ability to translate loosely defined ideas into a polished, intuitive internal platform. You will play a critical role in shaping how AI initiatives are presented and understood across business teams. The ideal candidate combines UX clarity, content structuring skills, and enough AI literacy to convert technical inputs into accessible, value-driven narratives. This role demands independent judgment, proactive recommendations, and the ability to create a seamless internal experience that enables discovery, learning, and adoption of AI tools.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
• Design and build a high-quality internal portal using Google Sites with strong visual hierarchy, usability, and intuitive navigation
• Translate loosely defined concepts and raw inputs into structured site architecture and engaging layouts
• Develop persona-based navigation to support distinct user journeys for functions such as Sales, Finance, Operations, and HR
• Audit existing AI use cases and restructure them into standardized, easy-to-consume templates (e.g., Problem → Solution → Impact)
• Extract and summarize key insights from video content into concise, scannable highlights
• Implement advanced Google Sites capabilities such as anchors, catalog-style tables, and structured navigation for large content sets
• Apply product marketing principles to present AI tools in a value-driven, business-relevant format
• Create placeholders and frameworks for advocacy content and practitioner collaboration hubs
• Partner with IT and internal stakeholders to document AI tools, platforms, and workflows
• Organize technical content in a way that non-technical audiences can easily understand and access
• Maintain and continuously improve the site as AI tools and capabilities evolve
• Iterate quickly based on stakeholder feedback while maintaining design quality and clarity
What Makes You a Great Fit
• Hands-on experience building and managing Google Sites with strong layout and structural skills
• Strong visual design sense with an eye for clarity, hierarchy, and user experience
• Experience creating internal portals, enablement sites, or knowledge bases
• Ability to independently interpret requirements and make thoughtful design decisions
• Confidence to recommend improvements and challenge unclear inputs constructively
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical information
• Experience in internal branding, documentation, or product marketing is highly valuable
• Basic understanding of AI tools, concepts, or enterprise AI platforms
• Familiarity with the Google Workspace ecosystem
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage iterations efficiently
