Our client is one of the fastest-growing media agencies in the market, recognized for applying innovative marketing strategies and delivering measurable performance results.
The agency is seeking a Google Search Specialist to take full ownership of paid search strategy and execution for key clients.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving measurable growth through Google Search campaigns - from strategic planning and campaign structuring to continuous optimization and scaling. This is a focused Search role, not a generalist PPC position.
Responsibilities
• Manage and optimize paid search campaigns, execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights to achieve maximum results in paid search;
• Dive deep into the client's business objectives, develop and execute a search strategy;
• Proactively test and scale new ideas to improve campaign results;
• Work with cross-functional teams to drive short and long-term account growth;
• Develop innovative solutions for clients using Google Ads.
Requirements
• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Search campaigns;
• Be knowledgeable about bidding strategies: when to use manual bidding vs. automated strategies like Target ROAS (tROAS) or Target CPA (tCPA);
• Knowledge of Google Ads, Google Editor, and Google Analytics 4;
• Technical knowledge of Google Tag Manager (HTML, JavaScript would be a plus);
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work independently;
• Proficient in Lithuanian & English;
• Experience managing Display and Facebook performance campaigns would be a bonus.
