Role Overview
We are a fast-growing online forex broker seeking a Google PPC Specialist to fully own Google Ads, from strategy and launch to analytics and ongoing optimization. You will independently plan, execute, and scale campaigns focused on high-quality lead generation and funded accounts while ensuring full compliance with Google and financial advertising policies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and own the Google Ads strategy (Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube) to achieve acquisition and ROI targets in priority geos.
Independently set up, launch, and manage campaigns and ad groups, including bidding strategies, budgets, audiences, and ad extensions.
Conduct ongoing keyword and search-term research, including negatives, to improve traffic quality and scale high-intent queries.
Create and test ad copy and basic creative variants that follow brand and financial advertising compliance requirements.
Build and execute a structured testing roadmap (ads, keywords, audiences, landing pages) to improve CTR, CVR, CPL, CPFTD and ROAS.
Monitor performance daily and weekly, analyze results, and implement data-driven optimizations without waiting for prompts.
Own analytics and tracking for Google campaigns via GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking, ensuring accurate attribution to leads and FTDs.
Collaborate with analysts and product/design teams to improve landing pages and funnels for better lead-to-FTD conversion.
Prepare clear performance reports (spend, leads, FTDs, CPL, ROAS) with insights and next-step recommendations.
Stay current on Google Ads policies, forex/financial ads restrictions, and new platform features and apply them to campaigns.
Requirements
2-4+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads performance campaigns in financial services (forex/trading or crypto).
Proven track record of hitting CPL/CAC/ROAS targets with meaningful monthly budgets.
Deep knowledge of Google Ads (Search, PMax, Display, YouTube) and GA4, with strong skills in keyword research, bidding, and audience targeting.
Confident working with Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and UTM standards for clean analytics.
Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel/Google Sheets and BI skills for data analysis and reporting.
Understanding of performance marketing metrics (CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, LTV) and how to influence them.
Experience working with landing page CRO, A/B testing, and funnel optimization.
Good written English for ad copy variations and concise performance reports.
Google Ads certifications are a plus but not mandatory.
