We are building a performance development platform for customer support teams that leverages gamification and AI to improve operational efficiency, elevate teams' performance and retention with actionable goals. We are a product-led, fast-growing SaaS company with a diverse team and a globally active customer base.
Kaizo is leveraging gamification and machine learning to make the daily work experience for customer support agents more engaging, fun and productive.
We run our entire infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform, managing Kubernetes clusters that handle 200+ million events daily, with data flowing through Kafka streams and being stored in Elasticsearch and MongoDB.
Our cloud architecture is designed around GCP best practices to create a resilient, auto-scaling infrastructure that supports our microservices ecosystem and data processing pipelines.

• Designing and implementing cloud infrastructure solutions in a fast-paced startup environment
• Managing and optimizing GCP services
• Building Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and implementing CI/CD pipelines with Github actions
• Working with development teams to architect scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions
• Monitoring system performance, implementing observability solutions, and ensuring high availability across all services
• Analyzing infrastructure needs, suggesting improvements to our cloud architecture with freedom to implement innovative solutions
• Implementing and maintaining security best practices to ensure a secure and protected cloud environment, including IAM policies, network security, and compliance frameworks
