Job Summary

We’re looking for a results-driven Google Ads Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale paid search and display campaigns. This is a fully remote role ideal for someone with proven experience running high-budget performance marketing campaigns, improving ROAS, and driving measurable growth.

You will work closely with the marketing and growth teams to develop and execute data-driven paid acquisition strategies across Google Ads, including Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage high-performing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Performance Max)
• Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting
• Continuously optimize campaigns to improve CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
• Implement A/B testing strategies for ad copy, landing pages, and creatives
• Monitor daily performance metrics and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting accordingly
• Build detailed performance reports and present insights to stakeholders
• Collaborate with creative, content, and sales teams to align messaging and funnel strategy
• Track conversions using Google Tag Manager, GA4, and CRM integrations
• Identify scaling opportunities and new paid acquisition channels


Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience as a Media Buyer or Google Ads Specialist
• Proven track record managing monthly ad budgets of $10,000+
• Strong understanding of PPC strategy, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube)
• Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
• Experience optimizing landing pages for conversion rate improvement
• Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in eCommerce, SaaS, or lead generation campaigns preferred
