Job Description
Highland Spring Group is seeking a proactive and reliable Goods In Shift Support to join our Goods In Warehouse team at our Ochils site in Blackford. If you have strong warehouse experience, a safety-first mindset, and a “can do” attitude, we would love to hear from you!
As Goods In Shift Support, you will play a key role in the efficient and safe receipt of deliveries, ensuring materials are accurately booked in and managed. You will also support the wider team and deputise for the Goods In Team Leader when required, helping to keep operations running smoothly.
What can you expect:
• Booking in raw material deliveries accurately and efficiently
• Issuing materials to job orders and managing internal stock transfers
• Carrying out stock counts, cycle counts, and stock adjustments
• Maintaining accurate records using internal systems (e.g. Syteline, Cezanne)
• Ensuring full traceability of materials
• Operating forklifts safely and completing pre-shift checks
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene in line with GMP, TFMS and BRC standards
• Supporting Health & Safety compliance and promoting safe working practices
• Deputising for the Goods In Team Leader, including task allocation and problem solving
• Prioritising workloads and escalating issues where required
About you:
• Previous experience in a warehouse environment
• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (essential)
• Reach Truck Licence and UK Driving Licence (desirable)
• Competent IT skills including Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
• Strong understanding of warehouse and logistics processes
• Excellent communication and team working skills
• Proactive with a positive “can do” attitude
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work under pressure
• Safety conscious with a commitment to high standards

This role is full-time, working Monday to Friday, 08:45–17:00 (38.75 hours per week)
