Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers warmly, providing them with information about menu items and specials.
• Prepare and serve fresh food items according to Goodcents’ recipes and food safety guidelines.
• Take customer orders accurately and process payments through our point-of-sale systems.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to support fast-paced service during peak hours, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies to maintain efficient operations.
• Follow all company policies and procedures to contribute to a positive work environment.

Requirements:
• Prior experience in food service, retail, or customer service roles is beneficial but not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic math skills for handling cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Dependable with reliable attendance and a flexible schedule, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Understanding of food safety practices and kitchen hygiene is a plus.
