Costa Navarino, the premier golf destination in the southwest Peloponnese, is in one of the most unspoiled and breathtaking landscapes in the Mediterranean.

It is currently home to four stunning golf courses,

• The Dunes Course at Navarino Dunes,
• The Bay Course at Navarino Bay and
• The Hills Course & The International Olympic Academy Golf course at Navarino Hills

with four 5-star deluxe hotels,

The Romanos, a Luxury Collection Resort and The Westin Resort at Navarino Dunes,

W-Costa Navarino and Mandarin Oriental at Navarino Bay, all in a radious of 13 km.

In the coming years, more upscale branded hotels & golf courses will be added to our portfolio, both in Messinia and Athens.

As part of our ongoing commitment to excellence and exceptional guest experiences, we are looking for a talented Golf Sales Manager to join our team, based in Messinia.

The Golf Sales Manager plays a crucial role in driving sales and maximizing revenue for our golf operations.

This position requires a blend of strategic thinking, sales acumen, and a deep understanding of the industry, enabling the successful candidate to foster relationships with selected golf tour operators and accounts while maintaining Costa Navarino's reputation as a world-class golf destination. This person will be participating in golf events, conventions and sales trips.

Main responsibilities:

• Assist the Senior Sales Manager with the overall golf sales workload,
• Respond to daily sales inquiries with offers and availability,
• Manage and develop selected golf accounts,
• Organize and conduct site inspections and familiarization (FAM) trips,
• Participate in golf sales calls, conventions, exhibitions, and hosted events,
• Engage with golf tour operators and support relationships, via use of phone, email and in person,
• Conduct both online and in-person sales calls, onsite and offsite,
• Coordinate with the Sales Administrator on back-office functions and documentation,
• Proactively identify and solve potential issues to ensure smooth operations,
• Follow up on internal and client-related matters in a timely and accurate manner,
• Participate in site inspections, client lunches, and dinners,
• Assist in managing sales activities focused on both new business development and support of existing clients.


Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess a unique combination of sales expertise, knowledge of the golf industry, and exemplary communication skills.

• Proven experience in sales management or a related role within the golf or hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of hospitality/golf products, services, and market dynamics.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to execute strategic sales plans.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to prioritize, assess sales performance and implement improvements.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Greek is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, OPERA, and other sales-related tools.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Tourism, Communications & Marketing, or related field.
• Experience in event management and customer service is advantageous.
• Passion for golf and an understanding of the sport's community and culture.
• Familiarity with Golf Manager system
