Golf Food & Beverage Server

We are looking for dynamic and passionate individuals to join our Golf Food & Beverage Team.

Available Opportunities Include:

• Clubhouse Server
• Oncourse Server

Note - preference will be given to those that our available for the full season (April 28 - October 15th)

Starting Rate: $17.22 per hour

We recognize tenure through our compensation. Hourly rates increase after six months, and yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $18.22

What you will be doing: 

• Daily Opening and Closing duties of the snack bar and beverage carts
• Meal periods are Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
• Function Help – occasionally assisting other departments in F&B
• Group meals up to 150 people
• Table set-ups, Buffet set-ups – arranging equipment
• Attending the beverage cart stations on course
• Have full knowledge of all food and beverage menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods
• Loading and Unloading of product to/from storage rooms
• Maintain accurate billing, cash handling and float procedures
• Driving the beverage cart on course. Serving Golfers
• Basic maintenance of a wood burning fireplace (starting fire, stocking wood logs.. etc)
• Maintain accurate billing, cash handling and float procedures
• Other duties as assigned

Your experience and skills include:

• Must have Pro-Serve Certification
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Server in a high-volume and fast paced environment required
• Good knowledge of Golf Course Operations is required
• Previous point-of-sale system experience required
• Extensive wine, beer and cocktail knowledge is essential
• Must be able to carry and serve 3 plates at one time
• Schedule flexibility, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, holidays
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 40+lbs and be able to be on your feet for 8 hours or more
• Valid Driver’s license
