** This role requires full-season availability from April through October 2026; partial availability will not be considered.**
Responsibilities:
Maintaining all areas of the golf course, including mowing, trimming turf, maintaining bunkers and other assigned tasks
Positive attitude towards your fellow turf-maintenance team members and Club members
Effective communication and cooperation with supervisors daily
Wages & Hours of Work:
$21.74/hour starting wage + benefits + $2/hour bonus eligibility
Employees are eligible for a $2/hour bonus at the end of their contract if they complete their work term in good standing
Shifts start as early as 5:00 AM or 5:30 AM
Working 32 - 38 hours per week
Qualifications:
Experience working outdoors (i.e. golf courses, landscaping or manual labour) is an asset
Previous experience using hand tools or equipment is preferred
Have a positive attitude and be a team player
Enjoy working early mornings and being done early
Sustain prolonged periods of walking, standing, bending, stretching, pushing, pulling, climbing ladders, or kneeling
Physically able to operate power equipment
Ability to occasionally lift to 50 lbs is desirable, but not essential
Possessing a driver’s license is preferred
Additional Information:
Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions
All on-site training provided
Golf shirts, work gloves, and footwear allowance provided
Golf can occasionally be arranged at appropriate times through a supervisor
