Golf Course Pro Shop Attendant (S00497)

Position Summary: The Golf Shop Attendant will provide exceptional customer service to golfers visiting the pro shop. The attendant will be responsible for assisting customers with their golfing needs, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized shop.

This is considered a seasonal, part-time position. The starting rate for this position is $16.94/hr.

Core Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers as they enter the pro shop
• Assist customers in finding the appropriate golfing equipment and attire
• Operate the cash register to process sales transactions accurately
• Keep the shop clean and organized, including arranging merchandise displays
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory levels and assist in restocking products
• Answer customer inquiries regarding golf course information and events
• Collaborate with other pro shop staff to ensure efficient and effective operations
• Uphold the company's commitment to exceptional customer service at all times

Requirements:
Position Prerequisites:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Knowledge of golf equipment and apparel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable standing for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
