VirtueStaff is seeking a versatile and tech-savvy GoHighLevel and Web Specialist to support our client. This role is a unique blend of technical systems management, web maintenance, and high-level administrative support. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing our patient acquisition funnel by maintaining our GoHighLevel infrastructure and ensuring our WordPress website remains up-to-date. As you settle into the role, you will also take on creative responsibilities to enhance our social media presence and brand engagement.
Responsibilities
• Lead the setup, workflow building, and ongoing maintenance of the GoHighLevel platform to automate practice operations
• Perform regular page edits and updates on the company WordPress website to ensure content accuracy and optimal user experience
• Provide general administrative assistance to ensure the smooth daily operation of the practice
• Utilize Canva to design digital assets and eventually manage and execute social media posting schedules across various platforms
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows between the website, CRM, and patient communication channels
Requirements:
• Expert proficiency in GoHighLevel setup, including building complex automated workflows and triggers
• Strong ability to manage WordPress backend, including page editing and content updates
• Proficiency in Canva for creating professional-grade social media and marketing graphics
• Familiarity with the technical requirements and posting best practices for major social media channels
• Previous experience working within the medical industry is preferred
• Background in social media management or digital marketing is highly preferred
• Solid experience providing administrative support in a professional office environment
