Responsibilities
• Work closely with the Go‑to‑Market Lead for Synedra and Digital Health, providing operational and organizational support
• Schedule, coordinate, and prepare meetings related to Go‑to‑Market activities, including agenda creation and consolidation of inputs
• Prepare high‑quality slide decks and presentations for Upper Management and customers
• Support Sales and Account teams by following up on open actions, deadlines, and deliverables
• Contribute to the creation and structuring of customer proposals
• Prepare weekly, bi‑weekly, and monthly management reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
• Develop and maintain Sales & Marketing materials aligned with Go‑to‑Market needs
• Moderate internal meetings related to Sales and Go‑to‑Market activities, ensuring effective communication and documentation
• Cooperate with cross‑functional teams to support project coordination, tracking, and alignment
• Ensure professional communication and documentation in both English and German
Qualifications
• Fluent in English and German (spoken and written)
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Experience working with Sales, Go‑to‑Market, or project‑driven environments is an advantage
• Solid organizational and coordination abilities with high attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Ability to work independently, follow up proactively, and support multiple stakeholders
• Structured, solution‑oriented, and professional approach in a dynamic environment
