Role Purpose
The Go‑to‑Market Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and driving all post‑Gate 3 and Gate 4 implementation and go‑to‑market activities across global projects. The role ensures that operational, system, and supply‑chain readiness activities required for successful product launch are executed accurately, on time, and in full alignment with global governance standards.
This role serves as the central operational coordinator between EMO, Supply, Demand Planning, Master Data, Markets, and Group Project Managers, ensuring seamless transition from development into execution.
The role also acts as the Planview Super User and subject‑matter expert for the GPMO team, supporting consistent project governance, data quality, and reporting across the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
(1) Global Post‑Gate 3 / 4 Implementation Management
Own and manage all post‑Gate 3 / Gate 4 implementation activities across global projects.
Track and govern all Level 2 implementation tasks once iGate 3 or 4 approval is obtained.
Ensure completion of all implementation deliverables in accordance with global governance requirements.
(2) Supply & System Readiness
Coordinate submission, review, and approval of EMO Purchase Info Record (PIR) forms.
Ensure 12‑month rolling forecasts are collected, validated, and provided to Supply Planning.
Oversee completion and updates of Underselling Risk assessments where applicable (e.g., ANZ).
Partner with Master Data and Supply teams to confirm Master Material setup, SKU readiness, and launch alignment.
(3) Go‑to‑Market Execution
Support market teams through full launch readiness, following handover from Global or Regional IO/PMs.
Track GTM milestones including repacking, SKU confirmation, barcode alignment, and supply configurations.
Ensure markets are aligned to approved launch plans, scope, timelines, and supply assumptions.
(4) Cross‑Functional & Stakeholder Coordination
Act as the primary coordination point between EMO, Tech Ops, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Master Data, and Market PMs during implementation.
Proactively identify and escalate risks, delays, or data gaps impacting supply readiness or launch timelines.
(5) Governance, Reporting & Planview Ownership
Ensure compliance with governance requirements across iGate 3 → iGate 4 → Launch phases.
Maintain implementation dashboards, portfolio views, and weekly progress reporting to GPMO leadership.
Serve as Planview Super User for the GPMO team, including:
Supporting best‑practice usage and consistency across projects
Maintaining data quality, timelines, and milestone integrity
Providing guidance, training, and troubleshooting for project teams
Confirm all activities are completed to enable iGate 4 approval and final “Ship‑to‑Trade” launch.
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager handling global projects.
Highly desirable if candidate has project management certification (PMP, Lean Six Sigma etc.)
Preferably came from the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry and has knowledge and exposure in regulatory / supply chain of the said industries.
