Position
FISPAN is seeking a Go-To-Market (GTM) Program Manager to own and drive the end-to-end execution of product launches across our platform, ERP integrations, and bank ecosystem.
This role is responsible for turning strategy into execution — ensuring that new products move successfully from market validation → product definition → pilot → launch → scale.
You will sit at the center of Product, Product Marketing, Sales (Partner Managers), Partner Success, Marketing, and RevOps, acting as the orchestration layer that ensures all GTM activities are aligned, delivered on time, and drive measurable outcomes.
This is a highly cross-functional role requiring strong program management, GTM intuition, and the ability to operate in a complex B2B2B fintech environment.
Main Responsibilities
Own End-to-End GTM Program Execution
Drive the full GTM lifecycle:
Market validation → Product definition → Product build → Pilot → Launch → Post-launch iteration
Define and manage GTM readiness gates (e.g., Product Ready, Pilot Ready, Launch Ready)
Ensure all phases are clearly scoped, tracked, and executed
Lead Pilot Strategy & Execution
Structure and operationalize pilots with banks and customers:
Define scope, duration, and success criteria
Align stakeholders across Product, Partnerships, and Success
Track pilot performance and ensure clear outcomes:
Product validation
Revenue potential
Bank readiness
Drive decisions on scaling, iteration, or adjustment
Orchestrate Cross-Functional Execution
Act as the central point of coordination across:
Product & Engineering
Product Marketing
Partner Managers (Sales)
Partner Success
Marketing
RevOps
Drive alignment, remove blockers, and ensure accountability
Lead GTM planning and execution forums
Own the GTM System & Execution Framework
Maintain and evolve FISPAN’s GTM framework and tracker
Ensure all GTM deliverables (assets, enablement, dependencies) are:
Clearly defined
Assigned
Delivered on time
Build repeatable processes for scaling launches across products and banks
Drive Bank Readiness & Partner Activation
Coordinate GTM execution across multiple bank partners in parallel
Ensure each bank is:
Technically validated
Commercially enabled
Equipped with tailored assets
Work closely with Partner Managers and Partner Success teams to drive adoption
Lead GTM Asset Development & Enablement
Define requirements for:
Sales enablement materials
Training programs
Marketing collateral
Ensure internal teams and partners are fully enabled prior to launch
Validate readiness through real-world sales feedback
Launch & Post-Launch Optimization
Coordinate launch readiness across all stakeholders
Track performance against KPIs:
Pipeline
Adoption
Partner activation
Drive continuous iteration based on:
Sales feedback
Customer insights
Market data
Success Looks Like
All major launches follow a clear, repeatable GTM process
Products are validated through structured pilots before scaling
Sales and bank partners are consistently ready at launch

Requirements/Qualifications
Experience
4–8 years in GTM, program management, product operations, or similar roles
Experience launching products, features, or integrations in B2B SaaS or FinTech
Strong understanding of GTM strategy and product lifecycle
Core Skills

Ability to structure and manage complex, multi-phase initiatives
Strong ownership of timelines, dependencies, and execution

Compensation Package
FISPAN believes in an atmosphere and culture when innovation can flourish, collaboration and teamwork are valued and transparency is at the core of it all. We want our employees to see how the ideas they help generate today have an impact on how we do business tomorrow.With that, the hiring salary range for this position is $93,000-$109,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on comparable market data from companies of similar employee size, revenue and location. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive semi-annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
