You will also be working with one of our portfolio companies eCert, which is our dedicated Health & Social Care training platform — trusted by 2,000+ businesses across the UK.
The Role
You will own the full GTM infrastructure across Get Licensed and ecert. From how we identify and prioritise the right prospects, to how we detect when a business is ready to buy, to how we run highly personalised outreach at scale using AI and automation. This is a high-ownership, high-impact role. You will be building from the ground up, and your work will have direct commercial impact from day one.
You will have full visibility across the commercial operation and direct access to decision-makers across both businesses.
What You Will Be Building
Lead Intelligence and ICP Targeting
Building the systems that surface the right prospects at the right time, so the commercial team is always working the highest-quality pipeline.
Designing and maintaining ICP frameworks for each market, using firmographic and behavioural data to define who we should be targeting and why
Building automated lead scoring and enrichment systems that rank and prioritise prospects so effort is always focused where it converts
Owning the data quality and structure that underpins every outbound motion
Signal-Based Prospecting
The best outbound reaches the right person at the moment they actually need you. You will build the infrastructure that makes this possible at scale, detecting intent and timing signals that indicate when a business is likely to be in-market and triggering the right response automatically.
AI-Powered Outreach
Using tools like Clay, Make.com, n8n, and AI APIs to build outreach workflows that generate genuinely personalised messages based on each prospect's specific context
Building and maintaining multi-channel sequences across email and LinkedIn that move leads through the pipeline based on behavior and engagement
Continuously testing and improving message quality, timing, and targeting to improve conversion at every stage
CRM and Revenue Infrastructure
Own the HubSpot CRM end to end, clean data, structured pipelines, accurate attribution, and the right visibility for the sales team at every stage
Build dashboards and reporting that give leadership a clear, real-time view of pipeline health, outbound performance, and revenue forecasting
Document every system you build so processes are repeatable
What we are looking for?
Must-haves:
Strong hands-on experience with Clay, core tool for enrichment and outbound automation in this role
HubSpot CRM at a build and manage level, not just a user level
Automation platforms at a high level, Make.com, n8n, or equivalent. You should be able to build complex multi-step workflows independently
API fluency, comfortable connecting tools, reading documentation, and building integrations without hand-holding
Strong data skills, pulling, cleaning, enriching, and structuring data confidently
Strong written English, you will be reviewing and prompting AI-generated copy and it needs to be high quality
Highly self-directed and organised, able to manage multiple systems and workstreams with minimal oversight
Strong advantage:
Python or JavaScript proficiency. The stronger your technical ability, the more sophisticated the systems you can build
Experience with lead enrichment platforms such as Apollo.io, Phantombuster, or similar
Familiarity with AI APIs including OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or similar
Prior experience in a B2B, SaaS, or edtech environment
Understanding of UK business data and compliance landscapes

What Success Looks Like
You will know you are doing well when the commercial team has better pipeline than they had before you joined, outbound is running with greater efficiency and precision, and team has clear visibility into what is working and what is not.
The measure of this role is the quality of the systems you build and the commercial results they drive.
