As Go To Market Commercial Manager (gn), you will be responsible for commercial B2B expansion and the operational implementation of the go-to-market strategy in international markets. You will act as the central interface between international markets and headquarters, ensure operational excellence, and drive sustainable growth and the successful acquisition of new B2B customers. Your mission

• You own B2B expansion and new customer execution across international markets and act as the central interface between local markets and HQ

• You ensure operational excellence in the markets, support day-to-day execution and issue resolution, and drive alignment between local market needs and central deliverables

• You ensure that all international markets and relevant channels have a quarterly Channel Activity Masterplan (CAMP) in place

• You support markets in defining NOI targets, distribution targets and sales cycle priorities

• You ensure on-time submission and consistent execution of all CAMPs

• You drive execution of core Sales Fundamentals across international markets, including assortment and product priorities, sell-in tools, pricing architecture, promotions and merchandising excellence

• You build and strengthen commercial capabilities within the B2B sales organisation

• You establish and embed clear ways of working, governance structures and timelines for B2B execution

• You support lower-maturity markets in translating go-to-market strategy into clear, executable plans

• You ensure consistency across markets while enabling local adaptation

• You ensure commercial readiness across the end-to-end new customer process

• You track progress, identify risks early and escalate gaps to the GTM Commercial Director

• You monitor execution status across markets and actively foster best practice and knowledge sharing

Your experience & skills

• You have minimum 7 years of experience in FMCG food or lifestyle brands

• You have a strong track record across different marketing and sales roles with a clear commercial mindset

• You are a strong generalist with hands-on experience in and with international markets such as AT, CH, Benelux, Italy or the UK

• You are a strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills

• You demonstrate a high level of ownership and a strong drive to deliver results

• You thrive in a dynamic, growth-driven environment

• You are willing to travel frequently (approx. 60%) to HQ Hamburg and international markets

• You are fluent in German and English
