Right now, we're hunting for a SEO Manager.

We're seeking a highly qualified candidate with top-notch SEO skills and the ability to lead and manage other SEO team members. We're looking for someone who can improve our systems and processes and help other team members along the way.

You'll have a blend of responsibilities that include working directly on client accounts and helping to lead and manage the SEO team.

If you're ready to dive into a backlog of technical SEO tasks, create written processes and procedures, manage and train fellow SEO team members, and drive outstanding results, then you're the perfect fit for our team!

As our SEO Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our SEO efforts, making a tangible difference in our business.

In this role, you will:

💡 Maintain and grow your own clients and manage two or three other SEO specialists

🛠️ Provide ongoing training to the SEO specialists on best practices and new technologies to continually improve our client results

💡 Use tools like AHREFS and Screaming Frog to identify and resolve SEO issues independently.

🛠️ Log into the backend of WordPress websites to implement necessary SEO updates and optimizations.

📊 Craft quarterly SEO strategies to drive business growth and client success.

📈 Take charge of the strategy for a set of accounts, making sure our efforts align with the big picture under the guidance of the VP of Digital Strategy.

💡 Bring our quarterly strategies to life, driving exceptional SEO results for our clients

⏰ Working hours: This is a full-time position, with working hours in Central Europe Time, typically will run from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. CET (or CEST) to ensure overlap with our Dallas, TX team until 2:00 p.m. CST. Please note that hours will adjust slightly during daylight saving time changes.

Requirements:
To excel in this role, you need to have:

✅ High-level SEO experience in an agency environment.

✅ Hands-on experience with AHREFS and Screaming Frog

✅ Experience with WordPress, including optimizing content using plugins and tools.

✅ Strong technical SEO expertise.

✅ Familiarity with project management tools.

✅ Experience with link building.

✅ The ability to train other SEO Team members

✅ The ability to create written processes and procedures

✅ Managerial skills

🔍 Additional experience with Paid search.

📊 Experience with Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, GA4.

💰 $3,500-4,500 per month*
