Your missions :
At the Corporate level, as part of the Companion Animal Franchise, the Global Technical Services Director Biotechnology & Internal medicine range, leads the Corporate Technical Team, defines and suggests the technical strategy to support technical local teams, with the following missions:
Supervise the team of Corporate Technical Managers for the pet franchise and is responsible for personnel and development management of the team
Build and manage a network of Key Opinion Leaders by creating strong and long-term relationships through implementation of Phase IV/post-marketing studies, events and testimonials. Build an international network of influence.
Proactively suggest and develop Phase IV/post-marketing studies to build and increase credibility of Ceva Biotechnology & IM products
Technical support:
>For each strategic product, establish and develop its key technical messages together with its technical positioning
>Ensure and create a high level of internal and external confidence in Ceva products
>Provide technical support to the marketing and technical teams in Ceva subsidiaries
>Ensure alignment of technical messages with Ceva strategy
>Define and lead publication plans at the global level related to strategic products; take part in writing scientific publications on Ceva biotechnology & IM products or range
>Suggest and develop technical/scientific events to increase credibility of Ceva brands
Ensure the scientific and technical overview of developments related to Ceva products and:
>Provide technical and detailed analyses of publications
>Gather ideas and trends thanks to the KOL network established
Your profile :
Scientific training profile (Veterinarian, Biologist, Pharmacist…) with a specialization as master or Phd / DU in Biotechnology ideally, and a good knowledge of the veterinary , biotech & internal medicine market; a 4/5-year experience minimum of management in a pharmaceutical company is required.
Technical skills:
Skills in management and team leadership
Knowledge of the veterinary companion animal market and scientific knowledge of biotechnology production topics
Strong skills in simplifying technical messages, to address the different Ceva target audiences (technical veterinarians and marketing managers in Ceva subsidiaries, pet owners, veterinarians, and animal health professionals)
Previous experience in writing documents for the general public
Confident in presenting to internal or external audience
Good knowledge of pharmaceutical regulation and clinical studies
Good knowledge of IT tools (Microsoft Office suite)
Good knowledge of digital environment (website, social networks…)
Fluent in English; previous experience working with international teams is desirable
