Are you a visionary operations leader ready to redefine the future of recruitment on a global scale? We are looking for a Global Talent Acquisition Leader to spearhead our TA Center of Excellence across international hubs. This isn't just a management role; it’s a mission to drive technological adoption, process excellence, and high-impact results across diverse cultures and time zones.

The Opportunity

As our Global TA Operations Manager, you will step into a complex, high-visibility role with a truly global scope. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, you will be the architect of our recruitment "factory," ensuring that our operations in our global hubs are synchronized, scalable, and cutting-edge.

You will bridge the gap between strategic vision and operational reality. While our transformation team drives the high-level tech roadmap, you will be the champion of adoption and usage, ensuring your team leverages AI and automation to its fullest potential to meet demanding business KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Global Operational Excellence: Coordinate daily operations across multiple hubs, driving critical KPIs including time-to-fill, quality of hire, and cost-per-hire.
• Technology & AI Champion: Serve as the business owner for our tech stack (SmartRecruiters, Harver, etc.). You will lead the charge in team adoption of AI-powered tools and automation to increase efficiency.
• Strategic Standardization: Establish global SLAs, create operational playbooks, and ensure consistent, premium experience for both candidates and hiring managers worldwide.
• Inspirational Leadership: Lead and coach a geographically dispersed team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and DEI.
• Stakeholder & Budget Management: Partner with senior business leaders to align TA strategy with organizational goals while owning the global TA budget and vendor relationships.
• Data-Driven Insights: Design and manage TA dashboards to translate complex data into actionable business insights and ROI.

About You

You are a seasoned professional who thrives in complexity and enjoys the challenge of managing across multiple time zones and cultures. You are "tech-forward"—you understand that the future of recruitment lies in the seamless integration of human intuition and machine efficiency.

Your Background Includes:

• Experience: 8+ years in Talent Acquisition, with at least 3-5 years in a global operations or leadership capacity. Experience in high-volume recruitment or RPO environments is a significant advantage.
• Global Mindset: Proven track record of managing multi-hub operations (specifically experience with regions like India and Brazil is highly valued).
• Technical Savvy: Hands-on expertise with ATS platforms (SmartRecruiters preferred) and a deep interest in AI-driven recruitment innovation.
• Analytical Rigor: Proficiency in HR analytics (Power BI, Tableau) and the ability to use data to tell a compelling story.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or Psychology; Master’s or MBA preferred.
• Communication: Exceptional English skills and the ability to influence executive audiences.
