Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with job postings, resume/CV screening, and initial candidate outreach.
• Arrange and coordinate interviews to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Participate in the planning and execution of recruiting events, such as online job fairs.
• Collect and analyze recruitment data to support hiring strategies.
• Maintain the candidate database, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
• Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, such as document organization and report preparation.
Requirements:
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Strong interest and enthusiasm for international recruitment in the financial industry.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities, with effective time and task management.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Availability to work at least four days per week.
• Candidates currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field are preferred.
