As a Senior Creative at SAMY, you will be responsible for developing bold, social-first creative ideas that connect brands with culture and audiences in meaningful ways. You will transform strategic insights and client briefs into engaging concepts and content across social platforms. Working closely with strategy, account, and production teams, you will help deliver high-quality creative work that is both culturally relevant and performance-driven.
Job Description
Creative Concepting & Execution
• Develop strong, platform-native creative ideas for social-first campaigns.
• Translate client briefs and strategic insights into compelling creative concepts.
• Create storytelling approaches tailored to TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
• Ensure creative output is culturally relevant, innovative, and aligned with brand tone of voice.
Campaign Development
• Collaborate with strategy and account teams to shape campaign ideas from early stages.
• Contribute to the development of integrated social campaigns across multiple formats.
• Support the creation of pitches and creative presentations for clients and new business opportunities.
Content Creation & Production Support
• Work closely with designers, copywriters, editors, and production teams to bring ideas to life.
• Ensure creative quality and consistency across all deliverables.
• Adapt creative ideas into multiple formats and variations for different platforms.
Cross-functional Collaboration
• Partner with strategy, influencer, and data teams to ensure ideas are insight-driven.
• Collaborate with account teams to ensure smooth project delivery and alignment with client expectations.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to creative problem-solving.
Creative Performance & Optimization
• Support analysis of campaign performance and creative effectiveness.
• Use insights and cultural trends to refine and improve creative output.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of storytelling approaches and content formats.
