We are looking for a Senior Creative capable of developing world-class ideas that can live naturally within social platforms while extending far beyond them. This role requires a strong conceptual thinker with deep expertise in social ecosystems, influencer marketing and integrated creative development across regional and global campaigns.
The ideal candidate understands internet culture, platform behavior and creator dynamics, but is equally capable of building big creative platforms, campaigns and culturally relevant ideas that travel across multiple channels and markets.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop strong creative concepts and campaign ideas for social, influencer and integrated marketing initiatives across regional and global projects.
• Create ideas designed for social-first environments while ensuring they can scale into broader campaign ecosystems, content platforms, PR activations, experiential, partnerships and entertainment.
• Lead creative thinking for Amazon Prime Video accounts and initiatives within the region, elevating the overall creative standard and ambition of the work.
• Bring a deep understanding of platform-native storytelling, creator culture, audience behavior and influencer marketing strategies.
• Identify proactive creative opportunities beyond client briefs and actively contribute new ideas, formats and campaign territories.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients, acting as a trusted creative partner throughout strategy, development and execution.
• Present and defend creative work clearly and confidently to clients, senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Mentor, train and inspire internal teams and clients on social creativity, platform trends, creator-led storytelling and emerging cultural behaviors.
• Collaborate closely with strategy, account management, production, media and influencer teams to ensure creative excellence throughout execution.
• Maintain awareness of global creative trends, entertainment culture, internet behavior and platform evolution.
