As a Global Sales Insight Manager, you will play a key role at the intersection of data, commercial strategy, and digital enablement. You will transform complex sales and customer data into actionable insights that support decision-making and drive sustainable growth across global markets. Based at our International Headquarters in Amsterdam, you will work closely with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Marketing, and local market teams to establish a single source of truth for commercial analytics. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring strong analytical expertise and the ability to influence across functions and seniority levels. Your work will directly contribute to pricing excellence, customer profitability, and commercial performance worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide actionable, data-driven insights to customer teams to support strategic projects, negotiations, and joint business planning
• Lead and continuously improve global pricing processes, including planning, execution, and governance
• Drive the centralisation and standardisation of dashboards and reporting across global and local sales teams
• Deliver customer P&L visibility by combining internal and external data in partnership with Finance and Marketing
• Improve sales process efficiency through data optimisation, automation, and scalable reporting solutions
• Develop and own a multi-year roadmap for customer sell-out and performance analytics

For this role as a Global Sales Insight Manager, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

• 6+ years of experience in commercial analytics, sales analytics, revenue management, or related fields
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate analytics into clear business insights and recommendations
• Advanced skills in Power BI, SQL, and Excel; experience with Python or R is considered an advantage
• Experience working with large datasets and developing scalable reporting or analytics solutions
• Proven ability to collaborate with and influence cross-functional stakeholders at different seniority levels
• A proactive and curious mindset with a passion for identifying new analytical and digital opportunities
