We're now scaling across DACH and broader EMEA markets, and we're looking for a results-driven Global Sales Director to lead our sales organization, drive new business growth, and build a high-performance team across the region.

📋 What You'll Be Doing

• Sales Leadership: Directly manage two Regional Sales Directors (MENA/Turkey and Europe) and scale the team by hiring AEs and SDRs across Istanbul, Berlin/Frankfurt, and London.
• New Business Growth: Own the EMEA new-business revenue number and personally lead strategic enterprise deals (€100K+ ACV).
• DACH Expansion: Build and execute our go-to-market strategy for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland — from local hiring to regional messaging to closing tier-1 accounts.
• EMEA Market Development: Strengthen our position across Western Europe, the Nordics, the UK, and MENA by aligning regional playbooks with local market dynamics.
• Sales Operations: Establish quota setting, territory planning, accurate forecasting, and pipeline discipline in HubSpot. Implement a sales methodology (MEDDIC, Challenger, or equivalent) across the team.
• Playbook Building: Turn founder-led selling into a repeatable, scalable motion with clear playbooks, onboarding, and coaching.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Work with Marketing on demand generation and ABM, with Product to shape the roadmap based on field insights, and with Customer Success on expansion strategy.
• Strategic Input: Contribute to leadership decisions on pricing, packaging, partnerships, and geographic strategy.


Requirements:
• 8+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with 5+ years in sales leadership (VP Sales, Director of Sales, Head of Sales).
• Proven track record scaling a SaaS business through the $5M–$30M ARR range across EMEA.
• Experience closing enterprise deals in financial services — €100K+ ACV, multi-stakeholder procurement, 6–12 month sales cycles.
• Demonstrated success building and managing distributed sales teams across DACH and broader EMEA markets.
• RegTech, compliance, or fintech infrastructure background is a strong plus
• Existing network and deal-closing experience in financial services is a major plus.
• Hands-on operator who still loves being in deals, not just managing pipeline reviews.
• Fluent English
