Your role at Hostinger

As we continue to scale Hostinger globally and accelerate the growth of our AI product portfolio, we’re looking for a Global Public Relations Lead who will shape how our story is told around the world. This role is about building a strong, consistent, and credible global narrative that supports long-term brand growth, product innovation, and leadership visibility.

Your day-to-day:
• Build and execute a global PR strategy aligned with Hostinger’s brand, business, and AI product roadmap.
• Own our external narrative: develop clear, compelling, and differentiated messaging for diverse audiences across markets.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with top-tier media, industry reporters, analysts, and tech/AI thought leaders globally.
• Secure meaningful press coverage through newsworthy storytelling, data-driven narratives, and creative angles.
• Strengthen the visibility of Hostinger’s leadership and internal experts by building their public profiles, securing speaking engagements, and developing thought-leadership programs.
• Track global news cycles and competitive landscape, identifying timely conversation opportunities.
• Develop PR playbooks for product launches, crisis management, and major corporate moments.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Brand, Content, Performance, and Leadership teams to ensure message consistency across all channels.
• Manage and mentor PR specialists, agencies, and freelancers across multiple markets.

Your skills and experience:
• 5+ years of PR or Communications experience at a high-growth tech company or top-tier PR agency.
• Proven track record leading global PR campaigns that drove business impact and brand reputation.
• Strong network or experience working with tier-1 global media (TechCrunch, Wired, Forbes, BBC, etc.).
• Demonstrated success in positioning tech or AI products, ideally within SaaS, consumer tech, or digital services.
• Exceptional English communication skills (C1+), with the ability to shape crisp narratives and adapt messages to different markets.
• Strong editorial judgment and ability to craft high-quality, media-ready messaging.
• Experience building PR messaging architecture, spokesperson programs, crisis protocols, and launch playbooks.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with significant ownership, delivering both strategy and execution.

Compensation:
• Gross salary from 5800 EUR/month. Salary is offered based on work experience, competence, and compliance with other job requirements.
