How you will create an impact 📈:

• Strategic planning of initiatives with all locations within our plant network

• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and business opportunities

• Increase efficiency and effectiveness in the project

• Leading and executing strategic and hands-on projects with cross-cultural teams across multiple sites

• Ensure effective teamwork based on a shared understanding of objectives, opportunities and obstacles within a given framework

What are we looking for 🔎:

• Degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable qualification.

• Strong leadership skills and strong knowledge of the decision-making process.

• Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams preferred.

• Experience in project management and the transformer business an advantage.

• Strong communication skills.

• Experience in conflict and escalation management

• Confident use of planning tools and MS Office

• Very good written and spoken English skills, knowledge of German beneficial

• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time
