The Role

As a Product Manager on the HP.com Digital Direct Experience team, you’ll lead initiatives that improve the customer journey across our global eCommerce platform. You’ll work cross-functionally with design, engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders to define and deliver high-impact solutions that drive measurable outcomes.

What You’ll Do
• Define and evolve product strategies that improve customer experience and business performance across HP.com.
• Translate customer insights, data, and business goals into clear product requirements and prioritized roadmaps.
• Lead cross-functional teams through discovery, delivery, and iteration using Agile methodologies.
• Partner with UX, engineering, analytics, and business teams to design and launch intuitive, performant, and accessible digital experiences.
• Own and optimize key performance metrics such as conversion rate, engagement, bounce rate, and revenue impact.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitive benchmarks, and emerging technologies to inform product direction.

What We’re Looking For
• 3–5+ years of product management experience, ideally in eCommerce, digital platforms, or consumer-facing web experiences.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-first mindset; comfortable with experimentation and A/B testing.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to align diverse teams around a shared vision.
• Curiosity and critical thinking; you ask “why” before jumping to “how.”
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and managing product backlogs.

Nice to Have
• Familiarity with platforms like Adobe Commerce, HCL Websphere, or headless CMS architectures.
• Experience with personalization, localization, or accessibility in digital products.
• Background in UX research, digital design, or web development.
• Exposure to tools like Fullstory, Adobe Analytics, Dynamic Yield, or UserTesting.
