The Global Pricing Operations Manager plays a key role in executing and optimizing global pricing strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regional market requirements. Reporting to the Global Commercial Contracts & Pricing Operations Leader, this role is responsible for driving pricing excellence through process standardization, pricing governance, data-driven insights, and automation initiatives.
As part of the commercial organization, this role will be leading and responsible of the PAF Process across the Globe working closely with commercial, finance, and contracts teams. 
In the AMN region, this role oversees Pricing Operations and manages the ACN team (Pricing Admin & Finance), ensuring effective coordination and execution of pricing terms.
Job Purpose:
The Global Pricing Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of pricing models (PAFs), energy pass through programs, rebates, governance frameworks, and automation tools. You will analyze market dynamics, inflationary environment, and key profitability drivers to optimize revenue outcomes. The role also involves supporting pricing compliance, approvals, and training to ensure pricing best practices are adopted across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure the consistency and accuracy of pricing methodologies, frameworks, and governance across all regions.
• Will be responsible of the PAF process globally.
• Lead & Support Pricing Operations & ACN Team AMN.
• Coordinate all required data/analytics to support the Global and Commercial meetings
• Assist in the development of value-based pricing models to optimize revenue and margin performance.
• Conduct analysis and Provide visibility of potential volume, mix & price gaps /upsides versus plan. Work with commercial team to provide alternatives to close gap.
• Conduct analysis and provide visibility of sources of leakage and work closely with sales team to provide alternatives to reduce or prevent leakage and maximize revenue and margin.
• Lead and support  with data/ analytics on specific pricing projects, providing clear scenarios & recommendations
• Lead and support Mold cost recovery program globally.
• Develop new sales tools and support the roll out of global and regional existing  sales tools.
• Support the Global Commercial Contracts & Pricing Operations Leader in all required analysis and initiatives rollouts.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
• MBA or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or Strategy
• Certification in Pricing Strategy, Revenue Management, or Data Analytics (e.g., PPS – Professional Pricing Society) is a plus.
• English (mandatory); additional languages are a strong plus for global coordination  
• 4+ years of experience in Pricing and 8+ years of progressive experience in Pricing, Revenue Management, or Commercial Finance, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong experience with pricing governance, margin optimization, and competitive analysis
• Experience working with large datasets and leveraging advanced analytics tools for decision-making
• Familiarity with contract management and compliance frameworks for pricing in different markets
• Demonstrated ability to work in matrix organizations and lead cross-functional, global teams
• Proven track record in developing and implementing global pricing strategies in a multi-region, multi-currency environment
• Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of corporate, commercial and finance team.
• Strategic Pricing Expertise: Deep understanding of value-based pricing, elasticity, and competitive pricing models
• Analytical & Financial Acumen: Advanced skills in data analytics, forecasting, and financial modeling
• Tools Proficiency: Advanced Excel, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), Pricing Software (Price Fx), and Power BI/Tableau
