What will your challenges be?
Act as a global reference for People Operations processes, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and scalability across regions.
Execute and support end-to-end People Operations activities, ensuring alignment with global policies and quality standards.
Contribute to global People process implementation and improvement projects, supporting design, deployment, and adoption.
Identify and drive process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency and standardization across People Operations.
Support People Operations processes enabled by HR systems (including SAP SuccessFactors), ensuring data accuracy and reliable execution.
Prepare and analyze People data and operational metrics using advanced Excel to support reporting and decision-making.
Provides HR advice and guidance in relation to the different subsidiaries, , empowered to use their judgement and business knowledge to pre-empt any HR concerns and proactively seek solutions.
Reviews end-to-end process performance, identifying issues and improvement opportunities and developing and driving prioritized recommendations.
Responsible for coordinating continuous improvement initiatives across the set of global processes.
Are you the one we are waiting for?

Education: University Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 4–5 years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or similar roles, preferably in an international or matrix organization.
Languages: Fluent English and Spanish.
IT: Hands-on experience with HR systems, with SAP SuccessFactors as a mandatory requirement.
