Deine Aufgaben:

• Du konntest bereits Erfahrungen im Skill und Performance Management sammeln und hast Lust deine Kenntnisse aktiv einzubringen und die Strategie nachhaltig mitzuentwickeln

• Du hast schon Projekterfahrung im Strategic Workforce Planning erworben und brennst dafür, das Global Lead Development & Performance in der Implementierung zu unterstützen

• Du entwickelst alle Feedback und Performance Zyklen für die Organisation stetig weiter, immer mit dem Anspruch der bestmöglichen Erfahrung für unsere Mitarbeitenden

• Du entwickelst und setzt globale Karrierepfade in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den jeweiligen Ländern um. Dazu gehört unter anderem die Gestaltung eines nachhaltigen Weiterbildungskataloges für die gesamte Natuvion Gruppe

• Dir gehört die Bühne: Du entwickelst, testest und führst maßgeschneiderte Feedbackformate ein

• Du agierst über alle Bereiche hinweg als Gestalter, insbesondere bei der Erstellung und Einführung von Programmen für Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten bei einer stetig wachsenden Organisation
