In this role, you will be responsible for executing and supporting end-to-end global mobility processes for international assignees, transferees, and business travelers. You will partner closely with HR, Payroll, Tax, Immigration, and external vendors to ensure compliance with global policies and local regulations. The position demands strong attention to detail, process ownership, and the ability to manage multiple mobility cases simultaneously.
You will leverage HR systems and workflow tools such as Workday, ServiceNow, Altair, and SharePoint to track assignments, manage approvals, document cases, and provide timely updates to stakeholders. Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end global mobility operations including international assignments, relocations, repatriations, and cross-border transfers
• Coordinate with internal teams such as HR Business Partners, Payroll, Tax, Legal, and Immigration to ensure seamless mobility execution
• Ensure compliance with global mobility policies, immigration laws, tax regulations, and country-specific requirements
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers on global mobility-related queries
• Maintain accurate case management and documentation using tools such as Workday, ServiceNow, Altair, and SharePoint
• Process mobility-related requests, approvals, and workflow actions within defined SLAs
• Partner with external vendors for relocation services, immigration processing, and tax support
• Track assignment costs, allowances, and mobility benefits in alignment with approved budgets
• Monitor mobility cases, identify risks or delays, and proactively resolve issues to ensure positive employee experience
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and mobility metrics to support leadership decision-making
• Support audits and internal reviews by ensuring accurate documentation and data integrity
• Identify process gaps and recommend continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service delivery
• Stay updated on global mobility trends, regulatory changes, and best practices
What Makes You a Great Fit
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in global mobility or international HR operations
• Strong understanding of global assignment lifecycle, relocation processes, and compliance requirements
• Proven experience working with HR systems such as Workday and workflow tools like ServiceNow
• Familiarity with Altair and SharePoint for case tracking, reporting, and documentation management
• Ability to manage multiple cases across regions with accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across global teams
• Highly organized, process-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive mindset with the ability to identify issues and drive solutions independently
