About the Role: A 360° Web3 Payment Experience

This is not your average internship. At RedotPay, you will be immersed in the fast-paced world of fintech and contribute to real projects that impact our global user base. We believe in learning by doing. You will be matched to one of our core departments based on your educational background, skillset, and career aspirations, ensuring you get the most relevant and impactful experience. The program will last for 6-12 months depending on evaluation.

Available Teams & Your Role

You will be placed in one of the following teams:

Product Team

Immerse in the end-to-end product lifecycle, from user research and ideation to launch and iteration.

Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to define problems and build data-driven solutions.

Develop core skills in writing product requirements, prioritizing features, and analyzing user feedback.

Marketing and User Growth

Execute data-driven campaigns across channels (digital, content, partnerships) to acquire and engage users.

Analyze market trends and user behavior to identify key growth levers and optimize conversion funnels.

Gain hands-on experience with performance marketing, brand strategy, and lifecycle communications.

Business Intelligence

Transform raw data into actionable insights and dashboards to guide strategic company decisions.

Learn to write SQL queries, build data models, and present findings clearly to stakeholders. Good to have Excel and Python

Act as an analytical partner to operational teams, helping to measure performance and identify opportunities.

Risk and Compliance

Gain exposure to the regulatory framework and core processes that ensure operational integrity and security.

Assist in monitoring transactions, analyzing control effectiveness, and supporting audit or compliance reviews.

Develop a critical understanding of how to balance business innovation with risk management.

Technology and Security

Rotate through key areas of the tech stack, potentially including software development, QA, DevOps, or cybersecurity.

Contribute to building, testing, or securing scalable systems and applications that power the business.

Understand the principles of agile development, system architecture, and protecting company and user data.

Who We Are Looking For

Fresh Graduates or Year 4 Students

A passionate self-starter with a keen interest in fintech, cryptocurrency, and innovation.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
